True Crime (1999)

Clint Eastwood may be sleeping with his boss’s wife and breaking the new rule about smoking in the office, but he is still such a good reporter that he sees a flaw in a murder case in his first conversation about it… unfortunately, he is just being assigned at the last minute to cover the execution.
